Recruiting for new staff can be a nightmare. It is always recommended that when seeking staff, you consider the following first:
1) do you really need this position filled?
2) Has a job analysis been conducted?
3) will it be full time or part time – how many hours per week?
4) what are the roles and responsibilities? are there expected outcomes?
5) budget for salary considerations?
6) what characteristics and personality are you seeking?
7) How and who will supervise this person?
