One of our many valued clients is a National Contact Centre. They are seeking an accomplished telephone service professional with advanced interpersonal skills for a 3 month contract. The role involves contacting clients to organise/ reschedule and confirm appointments. Five days per week – 5 hours per day!
to be successful in this role, you will need
- polished presentation, great verbal and listening skills
- advanced IT skills and software knowledge
- background in admin/clerical an advantage
- ability to learn quickly and retain the knowledge
- patience, common sense and an understanding of client needs
