A Leading Australian and New Zealand distributor for environmental and energy monitoring.
About the Role
Working closely with customers, you will develop opportunities with medium to large businesses through both cold and warm introductions, taking them through the pre-sales process as well as closing the sale and providing excellent after-sales service and support. This is followed up by clear administrative processes and stock control. There is about 70% administration; 20% sales and 10% technical operating system support. Other duties include:
- Sales Order fulfilment
- Windows Technical telephone support
- Purchase, control and security of stock
- Supporting the team
- Credit Control
What you will bring to the role
You will come from a strong background in either technical ‘Inside Sales’ or equivalent pre-sales / lead-generation responsibilities. You will possess strong PC knowledge with tech support skills, and troubleshooting within a sales environment.
Utilising your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills – you will manage a pipeline of pre-sales activities, dealing with customer expectations to keep up with a growing workload.
Bringing your vast experience with Business Development along with strong QA and follow-through, you will be a seasoned organiser with advanced administration skills
