Our client has a very busy, dynamic business that provides services and products for a variety of customers who seek assistance with rehabilitation which will assist increase quality of life and care. They seek a highly motivated & experienced administration senior who can provide clerical /sales / team support to both the Business Manager and the Company Director.
THE ROLE
This role would suit an “all-rounder” who is not afraid to “pitch-in” wherever needed as well as complete own tasks. Generally, it requires the following tasks:-
invoicing; call logging; completing job sheets; maintaining a register; ordering and stock control; daily reconciliation and POS processing of debtors payments; banking and retail sales.
THE PERSON
to be successful in this role – you will need
- High integrity, sensitivity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent data base management experience along with strong excel and data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assist sales staff by providing support with retail sales and service
- to be a fantastic team player (establish and maintain effective and warm working relationships whilst maintaining an assertive attitude)
- Experience handling high volume of tasks and multi skill
- be Analytical, investigative, and research current trends and future directions of the industry
- Contribute to strategic visioning whilst analysing current procedures and processing to ensure best efficiency
- to be able to assist in all areas of the company from service, sales as well as clerical
- adhere to Peak Care Equipment & ATSA codes of conduct
