Seeking a “Hit the ground-running” temp worker for a busy office in Kempsey.
The role is for a 6-8 week period and involves:
- Frontline Customer inquiries, telephone and email
- Data entry – processing invoices
The following knowledge and skills would be required/ desirable
- Recent experience in a computerised accounts payable & receivables environment.
- Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Well developed oral and written communication skills.
- Sound data entry skills.
- Experience with purchase order processes
- Experience with excel & Word
- Knowledge of GST requirements
- Knowledge of invoice requirements
