Ideally, you should have
- Two (2) + years experience in a similar role
- Computer savvy with knowledge of diverse software including MS Suite
- Efficient data entry skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced administration skills with attention to detail
- Great telephone manner along with efficiency at front desk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of personal and professional presentation and grooming
- Effective time management and organisational skills
