Our client seeks an experienced and qualified Senior HR professional for approximately 30 hours per week for a 9-10 month contract. This is a senior role that will encompass a wide variety of HR experiences from IR; executive recruitment; Discipline and Performance Management along with team leadership.

- HR Tertiary qualifications
- A highly professional approach at all times
- Knowledge and practical understanding of the performance management process
- IR expertise and ability to interpret awards
