Site Manager – Dunedoo (Position Filled)

This position is a site based role (Dunedoo New South Wales) and responsible for the day to day management of site, subcontractors and client.

The suitable candidate should

• Address all stakeholders demands and manage them successfully in a timely fashion.
• Have experience in the Site Management of building projects with GC21 contract and especially in residential dwellings
• Have carpentry skills and experience.
• Be proficient with WH&S requirements, environmental management requirements, project documentation (ITPs) on daily basis with meticulous attention to detail, defects management and report to head office (should have good internet skills).
• Report on daily basis to head office – good IT skills
