Our valued client requires a very personable, positive and up-beat receptionist/clercial assistant.

to be considered for the role you MUST have….

  • demonstrated ability in managing telephone enquiries
  • team player who can acquire knowledge quickly
  • experience in preparing invoices with accuracy and effectiveness
  • excellent data entry experience in MYOB and working within Access data base
  • basic payroll via MYOB
  • sound knowledge using several software applications (Microscoft Suite a MUST)
  • ability to apapt to diverse IT systems (be very techno savvy)
  • excellent typing speed with high levels of accuracy
  • exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
  • broad knowledge of social media and new IT platforms

The role is for 3 days per week; flexible hours – considering 9am -12md Tues/Wed/Thurs…
