Our client requires an Administration / Payroll officer to work in their Wauchope office between 8th December to 21 December and 2nd Jan through to 25th January (Note: Christmas to New year our office is closed)
The successful candidate will have experience with XERO/XERO Adminisitrator Accounting software, and be required to work with minimal supervision performing accounts and bookkeeping.
This candidate will need experience in the following:
- Payroll – through Xero
- Bank Reconciliation
- Overseas transfers
- Data Entry and matching
- Expense claims
- Term Deposit Management
- Accounts payable run
- Process + pay Credit cards
- BAS. IAS + SUPER (ATO)
