Our client, a leader in maintenance, installation of networks and construction is seeking to expand their services and they seek an Administration / Field   Officer who has the following knowledge and proven ability.

  • High-level software capabilities including xcel
  • MYOB skills and capacity
  • Strong data entry skills – with proven ability to follow-through on administration requirements
  • White Card for W HS & sound knowledge /application of W H & S
  • QA savvy with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Competent with process and procedures – both the implementation and the adherence
  • Well-organised, with advanced attention to detail
  • Work efficiently and effectively to strict deadlines
  • Multi-tasker who can meet multiple deadlines and schedules
  • Flexibility and be prepared to travel anywhere in NSW (40% time in office – 60% on sites)

The person they seek needs to be an analytical thinker, self-motivated, who has common sense and who can work autonomously, as well as closely within a team.
