Our Client is an exclusive, successful boutique Financial Planning company. They seek a part time administration support person who has all of the following:-

  • Strong organisational skills,
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and systems, but also have advanced knowledge of current Microsoft suite;
  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Experience in managing a busy reception and resolving issues
  • An ability to meet deadlines and get things done on time every time
  • Initiative that meets the company guidelines and standards

This new and exciting role is for 3 days per week – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – 8.30-5pm. There may be a possibility for Full time opportunities when they arise.RECRUITMENT ROUND for this role NOW CONCLUDED
