Our Client is an exclusive, successful boutique Financial Planning company. They seek a part time administration support person who has all of the following:-
- Strong organisational skills,
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new skills and systems, but also have advanced knowledge of current Microsoft suite;
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Experience in managing a busy reception and resolving issues
- An ability to meet deadlines and get things done on time every time
- Initiative that meets the company guidelines and standards
