We are seeking a suitably experienced professional to take on a 3 month contract position in the role of Economic Development Officer.
The key focus of this role is to develop and implement initiatives and projects which focus on economic development and employment growth of the greater Port Macquarie area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying strategic development opportunities and capitalising on them
- Strong data collection, analysis and report writing skills
To be successful, you will have proven experience in these 3 fields.
Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience working with projects and within local government environment.
