The Role:
- Assist IT Support Manager
- Provide Helpdesk Support
- Assist with landline & mobile phone setup
- Configuration of new desktop hardware
- Provide support on Microsoft Office programs
Successful Applicant Requires:
- Must have Computer/Information Technology Qualifications
- Experience with CRM/ERP, MS Office, MYOB & Windows
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Experience with VOIP
- Good problem solving skills
